This week features Noelle who will move you through lengthening, strengthening and expansion of your muscles while connecting you with your breath. No matter your experience level, or limitations, our intro pilates class is for you. Our comprehensively trained instructors have the knowledge to support you on your fitness journey. For safety on the reformers, please bring grip socks for your workout.
