I’ve never been to a workshop like this. How do I know if I’m ready?

We can’t tell you if you’re ready or not - only you can know that. Trust your gut feeling. It’s normal to be nervous and sometimes all we need is a leap of faith. You can leave the workshop at any time and there is never any pressure to participate in exercises you don’t feel comfortable with.

Do I have to participate in all the exercises?

You do not! Whenever you feel uncomfortable, triggered or simply unwilling to do an exercise you can take a break or even leave the workshop altogether. We will always give an opportunity to opt out or to modify the exercises so that they can fit your individual needs. This is a safe space for all.

Do I have to touch or be sexual with other people?

Absolutely not! We will encourage you to only do whatever you feel comfortable with. An important part of all of our workshops is to practice informed consent which means that you know what you’re getting into BEFORE the exercises and you have the opportunity to say no or step out of the exercise.
