Description

This 1 Hour Class focuses on sharpening basic kettlebell skills and adheres to the current testing standards of StrongFirst, the leaders of kettlebell instruction and the official school of strength.

All levels welcome, familiarity with Kettlebell training encouraged

We will address correct form for safe and effective exercises. This class will improve both the safety and effectiveness of your training.

Gain further knowledge of your body’s strengths and limitations, while learning proper technique and getting a great "workout".
