Have any of these thoughts crossed you mind over the holidays?

"I want my child to stop doubting themselves or giving up easily.""They need focus, discipline, something to channel their energy.""They’re glued to screens and not moving their body enough.""I want them to grow up strong - mentally and physically - but I don’t want a macho, aggressive environment."

Look no further - book your child into our 'Intro to Karate' workshop.

Our Intro to Karate workshop gives you and your child a taste of the transformations that karate can create!

Your child will learn:

  • The sanchin of stillness and awareness
  • How to stretch and move using breathe for calmness
  • Basic karate punching, blocking and kicking techniques
  • How to punch and kick a pad
