About this event
In this online class, students will learn design for CNC using Inkscape! This platform is a favorite of makers everywhere for its lightweight, free and open-source model with a thriving community to support it. Inkscape is professional quality vector graphics software which runs on Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows desktop computers. It integrates neatly with CNC operations such as laser, router, plasma cutter, and more, allowing quick and easy creation of simple, yet slick designs. This class is suitable for anyone who has experience with Inkscape or Illustrator and wants to hone their skills or absolute beginners.
