Should I bring anything?

We will send out details & reminders before the event, but please plan to bring an item for the altar, a water bottle, and a journal.

Can I bring my children?

Because we will be creating quiet, sacred space, we suggest leaving young children at home, if possible. We welcome everyone who can keep a ritual container. Please contact us if you aren't sure.

I can't afford to pay, am I still welcome?

Yes! Please do not hesitate to reach out if finances are a constraint. We are happy to work with you.

Is this therapy or grief counseling?

Accepted Answer

No. While the hosts are skilled facilitators, this is not therapy, grief counseling or a mental heath service. Grief can bring powerful feelings, and we honor these through the tools of song, expression and witness. Please ask your own mental health provider if this event is appropriate for you.
