A four session (four week) small group program for driven individuals ready to move better, feel stronger, and fix pain at the root.
Join us for a 4-week small group program for driven individuals ready to move better, feel stronger, and fix pain at the root. We'll be teaching corrective postural and strength-building techniques from Functional Patterns that we use with each of our clients to start building a pain-free, high-performance body.
Ticket price covers all 4 sessions:
- January 11, 12pm-1pm
- January 18, 12pm-1pm
- January 25, 12pm-1pm
- February1, 12pm-1pm
In this small group setting (6 participants max), you’ll begin to:
- Understand why your posture and gait matter more than your squat PR
- Learn the foundational movement principles of the FP method
- Build coordination, stability, and breath connection
- Experience what it’s like to train with your body’s design, not against it
What’s included:
- 4 weekly small group sessions (1x/week)
- Group-specific homework and guided practice
- Private email check-ins
This is for you if:
- You’ve tried lifting, yoga, PT, and are still stuck in pain or compensation
- You want a long-term solution, not another band-aid
- You want to move better, stand taller, and feel more aligned without burning out your body
- You’re curious about Functional Patterns but want to dip your toe in first
