Overview

We spend 30% of our lives dreaming, learn how we really explore our nightly connection to the subconscious.

We spend 30% of our lives dreaming, but how much do we really explore our nightly connection to the subconscious?

Dreamwork is one of the oldest forms of psychic exploration, where we can open a conversation with the collective unconscious, and our deep inner workings. Join us on an inquiry of the liminal, the subtle, and the strange. From the history and theories of dreamwork, to the meaning behind your images, to ways of working with your dreams, and beginning or expanding your own dream practice.

Bring your curiosity, your journal, and your dreams.

By interacting with disparate parts of our psyche, not usually accessible to our habitual consciousness, we are able to:

-gain insight and clarity

-rewire engrained patterns and limiting beliefs

-approach and process trauma held in the body

-develop supportive somatic tools

-expand psychological flexibility

-strengthen neural pathways

-feel and tend to unprocessed emotion

Each week will include discussion and interactive components (polls, breakout rooms), and optional homework.
