Join Carrie Hunter of Be5 Fitness for a 30-minute spinning class outdoors at the Bridesburg Rec Center's tennis courts. The 8:45 am class is an Into to Cycle.
Riders please arrive 10 minutes early. Remember to bring water, a towel and a mask. Please read, confirm and sign the waiver when you arrive.
Although a free class, space is limited. Please only sign up if you can attend, and we still ask that you cancel 24 hours in advance so other riders can join in if you're unable to make it.
