Get hands-on in this flavorful, make-and-take series all about food preservation. Each week, we’ll dive into a different technique, creating beautiful and delicious jars of homemade goodness that are as satisfying to craft as they are to enjoy.

🗓️ Week 1: Jam Session
From classic strawberry to creative combos, learn how to safely preserve seasonal fruits into vibrant jams you’ll want to slather on everything. Yes, you’ll take your own jar home!

🧂 Week 2: Something Salty
This week explores salty and savory preservations. We will be making a delicious sauce!

🥒 Week 3: Pickled Perfection
Wrap up the series with a tangy twist! We'll dive into the art of pickling vegetables, learn flavor infusions, and safe storage techniques.

All supplies included. You’ll leave each class with a jar of your creation, the skills to replicate it at home, and a newfound appreciation for preserving seasonal goodness.

Workshops are 3 hours. Take one or save and take all 3! Also check out one of our urban foraging classes the hour before.
