About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Bordeaux - Red - Expensive.  No!!!  Join Jo-Ann Ross and Tim Powers, Accredited Bordeaux Educators, as they serve a diverse sampling of sparkling wines, delicious whites (crafted from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon), rosés of varying hues, thrilling reds from under-the-radar appellations, and luscious sweet wines - all from Bordeaux!!

Since Bordeaux wines are mostly blends, we will be making our own Bordeaux Wine Blends in this class. Join us as we discover the valiant leaps Bordeaux is making to increase vineyard sustainability and to work with an ever changing climate, and explore the array of young vignerons, both male and female, who are creating wines of distinction. We’re excited to show you the true dynamic spirit that is Bordeaux wine!

Location: Commonwealth Wine School
