Intro to Block Printing

In this class instructor Hollie LaRue will introduce you to the printmaking process. This workshop will cover materials, image transfers, carving techniques, and printing on different surfaces. Each workshop participant will create and print a stamp of their own. All materials will be provided.

What kind of stamp are we going to create? You are welcome to bring in a drawing of your own or choose a hand drawn design from Hollie.

Are you an entrepreneur? Bring in your logo and learn how to transfer your logo to your carving surface to create a stamp for your business that can be used to print bags, business cards, and other branding.(If you are bringing your own drawing or images they need to be 4x6in or smaller.)
