THIS IS AN IN-PERSON WORKSHOP

It is recommended to attend one of the "Beekeeping: Is it for me?" webinars before attending this workshop:

"Intro to Beekeeping" will give you the basic knowledge to get started with your beekeeping hobby or business. You will learn about the components of a hive, how to select equipment that is right for you, how a bee colony lives, how to use beekeeping tools and protective gear, and how to acquire and begin managing your own bee colonies. (No live bees used during this class. You are welcome to attend our future hands-on field days in apiaries at no cost in the future.) Lunch is included.

For additional registration payment options, contact Jessica Sullivan: sullivan@ufl.edu, 321-697-3000.

Persons with accessibility requests - please contact UF IFAS Extension in Osceola County at least 7 working days in advance of the program so we may give proper consideration to your request.
