This beginner-friendly workshop is the perfect way to experience one of the world’s most captivating social dances. Known for its deep connection, musicality, and improvisational flow, Argentine Tango offers more than just movement—it’s a conversation between two people through rhythm, intention, and emotion.
From 4.00-5.00pm, Tango Fundamentals Class - learn, review, master the social Tango fundamentals in a welcoming, playful environment.
From 5.00-6.00pm, Practica & Fairytale Game - guided practice exploring Tago sequences with cards & technique, variations & applying musicality.
Led by passionate members of SOAS Tango Society, this session is about connection over perfection, expression over performance. It’s a chance to move, explore, and enjoy the uniquely intimate language of tango—regardless of age, background, or dance ability.
