Two-Sessions: June 14 &15, 2025
Saturday & Sunday, 10 AM - 5 PM
Join filmmaker and editor Giacomo Francia for a weekend introduction to Adobe’s Premiere Pro video editing software. Learn about workflow, file management, editing video on the timeline, adding text, adjusting music and sound. Additionally, students will learn about different file formats and exporting their video for a variety of uses and platforms.
Students should bring a laptop with a copy of Premiere Pro (a free trial is fine). A limited number of computers will be available at BDC, please email paul@bronxdoc.org to confirm before registering. If you have video of your own you’d like to edit, please bring it to class to work on during the course—otherwise, practice files will be available.
