Discover the basics of AcroYoga through fun, beginner-friendly poses that gradually build into flowing sequences. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity!

AcroYoga blends yoga and acrobatics while teaching body awareness, trust, communication, and connection. In this 90-minute class, you’ll:

  • Warm up with dynamic movements and playful connection games
  • Learn foundational partner poses that grow into creative flows
  • End with a relaxing cool-down and stretch


No partner? No problem—we’ll work in supportive groups of 3–4.


What to bring: A water bottle, comfortable clothes, and a good attitude.
