We do not have a max age. We just ask that you are aware of who you are! ?

Yes. After the 1 hour of instruction there is a quiz. We do this because we are giving the student that passes the quiz access to our computers and 3D printers. Our goal is for students to learn not just print.

What is covered in the quiz?

First off. The quiz is designed to be simple. It is impossible to fail. You can only pass. There is only one question per page with a total of 7 questions. Each question covers something like parts on the machine to actions for preparing a 3D File for Printing.

What is the minimum age requirement?

This class requires the student to be able to read and remember buttons. There is also a quiz at the end that requires reading.

Learn how a 3D printer works, how to download and find Free 3D Files, and how to prepare the files for a 3D printer. We use the Sovol SV06 Plus 3D printer and the Cura Slicing software

Print and Take Quiz

Prints take about 1-2 hours depending on the size. All students print an articulated lizard for their first print. We ask all students to come back during the week to pickup their print.
