? Where is the event located?

We’re located in the center building of a cluster of three 2-story buildings between Denny’s and Wendy’s on Saratoga Avenue. There is ample free parking behind the buildings. Look for our peaceful space on the second floor, Suite 238.

❓ What should I bring?

Just bring yourself, an open mind, and an open heart! We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle so you can enjoy our complimentary hydrogen-infused water during the class. We do provide paper cups, but we encourage eco-conscious choices to help us stay green.

? What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 5 minutes early so you have time to check in, settle your energy, and relax before we begin.

? Is the location wheelchair accessible?

There is no elevator access. The classroom is on the second floor, up a flight of 18 steps. Please consider this when registering. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
