🌬️ INTO THE FLOW: A Transformational Breathwork Ceremony

Event Overview

This 2-hour immersive ceremony is an invitation to go inward—to breathe through resistance, release what’s been held, and reconnect with the truth beneath the noise.

Held in our serene, ambient space at Ebb & Flow Hot Yoga, the experience begins the moment you walk in. Soothing lighting, soft music, and the warm glow of our fireplace set the tone. Arrive early or linger after to unwind with a cup of tea, drop into presence, and soak in the vibes.

Led by Eric Morris, a certified, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, this experience combines conscious, circular breath with light somatic coaching, nervous system regulation techniques, guided meditation, and curated music to create a safe and powerful journey inward.

You’ll begin by settling into the space with grounding breath, light movement, and intention-setting. From there, you'll be guided through a transformational breathwork journey designed to help you:

  • Access deeper emotional layers
  • Release stored tension, stress, or trauma
  • Repattern limiting beliefs held in the body
  • Open space for clarity, healing, and alignment

This isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about clearing space so you can meet yourself more fully. Many participants report feelings of emotional release, expanded awareness, deep peace, and powerful breakthroughs.

The session will close with gentle integration time, reflection, and optional journaling or conversation.

🧘‍♀️ What to Expect:

  • Breath-led somatic journey
  • Guided coaching with energetic and emotional support throughout

  • Water + anything you need to feel cozy and supported

No prior experience with breathwork is necessary.
All are welcome, and modifications will be offered to support each participant’s unique experience.

Come as you are. Leave lighter.

Frequently asked questions

What to expect from a Breathwork Session

Expect emotional release, physical sensations, clarity, and deep inner connection. Every session is unique—some feel peace, others feel energy move or insight arise. Come open, breathe deep, and trust the process. Always consult your doctor if unsure.

Do I need prior experience to attend?

Not at all. This ceremony is beginner-friendly and guided every step of the way. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to breathe.

What should I bring?

A yoga mat, blanket, water, journal, and anything that helps you feel grounded and cozy (eye mask, pillow, crystals—you do you).

Can breathwork be intense?

It can be powerful. Emotions, sensations, or energy shifts may arise. You’re always in control and supported throughout. We’ll guide you gently and safely.

Is it normal to feel physical sensations like tingling or muscle tension?

Yes. Tingling, tightness, and temperature changes are common. These are temporary and often reflect energy moving or releasing.

Is this safe if I’m pregnant or have a medical condition?

Please consult your physician before participating. Breathwork can be intense and may not be recommended in some cases.

What happens after the breathwork session?

We’ll spend time in stillness to integrate. You may journal, reflect, or just sip tea by the fire. Integration is part of the ceremony.

What if I get emotional or overwhelmed?

It’s okay to feel. Emotions are welcome here. You're held in a safe, trauma-informed space where you can soften and release without judgment.

Will there be music?

Yes. Sessions may include carefully curated playlists or live sound elements like handpan, singing bowls, or ambient instruments—each designed to support and deepen your breathwork journey.
