A somatic movement and expressive dance ritual-practice to align body-mind-heart, awaken intuition and creativity, and leave feeling connected, clear and restored.

The invitation:

As the year draws toward its close, we enter the darkest stretch of this cycle ~ a time to turn inward, reflect, and regenerate.

Under the Scorpio New Moon's energy, we gather to meet ourselves and each other in the depths; descending into the sensorial, sensual, emotional, relational, and unseen realms to tend the inner soil for renewal and cultivate shared resources.

This 2-hour somatic and expressive movement ritual-practice is an invitation to pause and reflect on how you’ve been moving through the year, and to make your closing of this cycle an intentional one, with deeper clarity about what needs attention and how to tend it.

What we'll explore:

We’ll move through polarities that shape our inner landscape:
fragility and strength, control and surrender, trust and doubt, hiding and being seen.

By holding these pairs in movement, we practice integration rather than polarization, listening for the wisdom that lives within the tension and the renewal that becomes possible when seeming opposites enter dialogue in the space between.

Scorpio is the digger — it doesn’t shy away from the dark but goes deeper to find the gifts hidden in the shadows. This lunation invites us to descend, to compost what no longer sustains us, and to sense and invoke what is alive within and quietly emerging.

This practice offers a container to feel, move, and embody that process of transformation.

Who it's for:

Open to all women who feel called to embodiment, shadow work, and healing through ritual; and who are curious to explore the potency of the dark feminine.

No dance or movement experience is required, only curiosity and a willingness to be with yourself in a profound way.

Practical details:

  • Please arrive by 7:10 PM so we can begin together on time. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
  • Wear comfortable clothes that allow movement and make you feel sensual.
(Sensual here refers to that which awakens the senses in a pleasurable way.)
  • Bring a notebook or journal and a pen.
  • Bring a small object for the closing ritual: a stone, leaf, flower, or token to place on our shared altar.

Facilitated by Ana Liz Ceregatti, RSMT/E:

Somatic movement therapist, expressive arts educator, Tamalpa Life/Art® Process practitioner and artist of the expressive body. Her work was born from a search for belonging, healing, and authentic expression, and gained new depth after she faced breast cancer at age 36. From this intimate encounter with herself and the unpredictability of life, she learned that self-care is not about control or consumption, but a relational orientation toward the body that holds memory, wisdom, and power. Today, she is devoted to women’s experiences, offering pathways of healing, self-intimacy, and transformation through creative embodiment processes, depth-oriented inquiry, and ritual, both individually and in community.

Ana has been guiding women in somatic embodiment group practices since 2022. Her approach invites depth, authenticity, and creative exploration ~ a return to the body as ground, oracle, and guide toward healing and wholeness.
