Please arrive on time so we can start by 5:15pm. I will be outside waiting for you from 5-5:15pm to let you inside the building. Street parking is available but there is also a parking lot half a block down, at the end or Rose Avenue and Speedway.  Wear comfy clothes.

Don't worry, you will not be swimming or getting wet (unless you spend the day at the beach).  I will nourish your soul with sounds from the crystal singing bowls as well as some piano sounds, which is why I'm hosting it at my home instead of a yoga studio this time. This will be a special one.

Since I will not have a cut-off at a yoga studio, we can loosely play it by ear and see how it goes as far as timing and what feels right. Ideally we would get settled by 5:15pm and do an hour long session. Again, we can play it by ear as I go by my intuition and what feels right.
