About this event

Intimate is an ONLINE Connection Circle for all Queer, Lesbian, and Sapphic women and non-binary babes, designed to foster deeper connection with yourself and with others.

This is a space where you’re invited to slow down, tune in, and be held in community. Through guided solo and group somatic and embodiment practices, you’ll learn to more deeply listen to your body, connect with your inner landscape, and communicate with yourself in more compassionate, intuitive ways. You’ll also have the chance to connect with like-minded souls who are walking a similar path of self-discovery and healing.

Blending the sacred essence of a traditional women’s circle with the richness of neo-tantric practices, Intimate creates a uniquely queer space, one that is affirming, nourishing, and intentionally crafted for queer and lesbian women and non-binary babes.

Here, intimacy isn’t just about closeness with others, it’s about remembering your wholeness and coming home to yourself.

This is for you if:

  • You feel like your relationships, both with yourself and with others, lack the depth and intimacy you crave.
  • You often feel uncomfortable in your body and struggle with being seen, physically, emotionally, or energetically.
  • You don’t have a strong or nurturing relationship with yourself or your body.
  • You’re unsure where to meet like-minded queer and lesbian individuals outside of clubs, bars, or party scenes.
  • You’re missing a sense of true community and belonging.
  • You feel called to connect more deeply with your body, but you’re unsure where to start or what that even looks like.
  • You don’t feel like you can safely express your full, authentic, unfiltered self in relationships.
  • Social situations often feel overstimulating or anxiety-inducing, making it hard to form genuine connections.

And you wish to:

  • Begin cultivating authentic, fulfilling, and intimate relationships, starting with the one you have with yourself.
  • Learn powerful somatic and embodiment tools that will support you in gently coming into your body and communicating with it so you can listen to your inner wisdom, honour your boundaries, and show up with more presence in every area of your life.
  • Meet other queer and lesbian individuals who are like-minded, heart-led, and walking a similar path. This is a space to connect beyond surface-level conversation, where depth, vulnerability, and authenticity are not only welcomed, they’re celebrated.
  • Explore sacred and accessible practices to deepen intimacy with yourself. Whether through movement, breath, stillness, or guided meditation, you’ll discover ways to nurture a more loving and conscious relationship with your body and being.
  • Begin releasing fears around intimacy and being truly seen. You’ll be gently supported to soften protective layers and show up more fully, in your truth, without pressure or performance.
  • Feel more at ease, embodied, and accepting of your physical body. You’ll start to replace judgment with curiosity, and disconnection with a sense of presence and appreciation.
  • Experience a sense of community, connection, and belonging. In this circle, you are not alone, you are part of something greater. A collective of humans who see you, honour you, and hold space for your becoming.
