Overview

Hosted by Believe New York & Sprout Society: A safe space to connect, heal, and find support. All welcome—no pressure to share.

Our Survivors’ Peer Group offers a safe, confidential, and welcoming space for individuals who have experienced intimate partner or domestic violence or abuse, or who may currently be surviving through it.

Join others with similar experiences to share stories (only if you want to), build community, and find strength together. You’ll never be pressured to share—just being here is enough. Snacks and refreshments will be available at every session. Occasionally, sessions may feature guest speakers from local organizations who share helpful tools for healing, safety, and navigating life during or after abuse. Info about speakers and the schedule will be shared during the welcome session.

Whether you’re looking for connection, guidance, resources, or simply a space where you feel understood—this group is for you.All welcome. You are not alone.
