Interwoven: Nourished Connection
Interwoven Camp Lejeune invites moms and spouses (women only) to an evening of conscious touch and co-regulation led by Angelic Elrod. In the busyness of life, it’s easy to get swept up in tasks and responsibilities while the quiet need for connection often goes unheard. Our nervous systems, pulled into constant “fight or flight,” can leave us feeling depleted and distant from those we love most. This gathering offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and learn practices that help the body return to rest and receive.
Through guided conscious touch, participants will explore how self-regulation is nurtured by co-regulation. Participants will learn how to find grounding, safety, and intimacy in supportive connection. Together, we’ll practice simple yet profound ways of being seen, held, and heard without cost or condition. This evening is about creating space for nourishment, safety, and the deep reminder that thriving requires connection, not just survival. Whether you are seeking tools for your relationship with your partner, your children, or yourself, this practice will offer a beginning point for deeper harmony and presence.
