This two-day workshop with Harrison Mungal, PhD, PsyD, is designed to equip mental health professionals with practical skills in interviewing techniques and report writing. Through teaching, case reviews, and hands-on practice, participants will gain tools to conduct effective interviews and translate their findings into clear, professional reports.
Participation in this workshop allows OAMHP members to apply 12 CECs (12 CECs approved) towards their required continuing education hours. OAMHP’s review of the general content of this workshop recognizes the learning objectives meet and support the criteria (1) for best known practice in continuing education and (2) for educational requirements for mental health professionals

What to Expect
- Day 1 (Friday): Focus on mastering interviewing techniques through guided teaching, case practice, and Q&A.
- Day 2 (Saturday): Learn the foundations of report writing, explore testing tools (BAI, BDI, MSE, biopsychosocial model), and strengthen your skills through case reviews and writing exercises.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with stronger interviewing strategies, practical assessment tools, and a structured approach to writing reports with confidence.
