Where can I find my link to join the meeting?

The Zoom registration link was provided in the confirmation email you would have received from Eventbrite following registration. Please check your spam folder in the email account you used to register.

Who do I contact with issues locating the link?

Please check your email and junk/spam folders for the link. If you cannot locate it, please email us at stlaapcsocial@gmail.com BY FRIDAY 8/22. We may not be available to help you trouble shoot on the day of the seminar.

Are CEUs available for non-AAPC organizations?

As an AAPC local chapter, we only request pre-approval for AAPC CEUs. AHIMA generally accepts AAPC CEUs, however attendees would need to reach out to other credentialing organizations to inquire as to their acceptance policy.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Unfortunately, no. AAPC does not allow local chapters to record meetings or seminars. Zoom users will notice that the session may be recorded, but this is for administrative purposes only. Once the event has ended and we have verified everything we need, the recordings are deleted.

What is the refund policy?

Seminar registration is non-refundable. In the event that you sell or transfer your registration to another attendee, please email us so we may update our records and provide the link to the new attendee.

How will I receive my CEUs for the event?

After each session, the AAPC CEU index number will be provided on the screen. It is up to each attendee to write down, screen shot, or photograph the number and enter into your CEU tracker on aapc.com. CEU numbers will not be provided after the event.

Will the presentations be made available after the event?

For the speakers that wish to share their presentations, we will provide a link to those during the seminar.
