Join us on Friday, 13th June 2025 for a focused Interval Training session at the iconic Kanteerava Stadium with Coach Murali. We’ll start promptly with a warm-up at 5:45 AM, easing in with a 3 km easy run. The main set features 8 x 400-meter intervals at your 10K race pace, each followed by a 2-minute recovery jog. This workout sharpens speed, pacing control, and cardiovascular efficiency—perfect for race prep or performance gains. After the intervals, we’ll dial it down with a 3 km easy run to cool off the legs, followed by a thorough cool-down session to aid recovery and prevent soreness. Total volume will be around 10 km, making it a balanced mix of intensity and mileage. We’ll wrap up the morning with a group photo to capture the effort and camaraderie. Be there on time, and bring your speed mindset!
