This dynamic online class combines weights and resistance training to target all major muscle groups.
This dynamic online class combines weight and resistance training to target all major muscle groups. Participants will engage in a variety of exercises and repetition sequences designed to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels. The instructor will provide options for seated, standing or floor-based movements, along with modifications to meet individual needs.
