In this 90-minute virtual session, leaders will explore how bias and exclusion, whether intentional or not, can erode psychological safety, motivation, and retention. Participants will examine real examples of how bias shows up in leadership behavior and decision-making and learn how to recognize and respond to it in the moment. This session will offer practical tools and proactive strategies to build more inclusive, trust-based team environments.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify common leadership behaviors and decisions where bias and exclusion can appear, and understand their impact on employee safety, motivation, and retention.
  2. Learn to recognize biased behavior and take real-time corrective action that builds trust and accountability.
  3. Explore proactive practices and processes leaders can implement to reduce bias and increase psychological safety across teams.
