This curriculum is designed to develop mindful self-regulation. It involves step by step lessons teaching your child to notice body signals, connect body signals to emotions, and then determine what action to take to promote comfort within the body. Importantly, this curriculum focuses on promoting positive feelings rather than fixing ‘negative’ emotions.
This program is for Teens. We will meet weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00-11:00 AM from June 2nd - July 16th.
There will be no class the week of July 4th.
