Taylor Snipes, Assistant Director of Internship Development, works directly with employers and students to design impactful internship opportunities. With a background in experiential education and workforce development, Taylor provides practical tools for organizations to create internships that are structured, scalable, and rewarding.
Together, Dwayne and Taylor bring a wealth of expertise in recruiting, program design, and student engagement, offering actionable strategies for employers to connect with student talent.
