About the Event

International Men’s Day 2025 invites us to reflect, connect, and celebrate men. This year we will be exploring the theme:
“What Does It Mean to Be a Man in Today’s World?”

Building on the success of last year’s inaugural event, this year’s programme will bring together voices from across business, education, community, and civic life to have open and meaningful conversations about identity, wellbeing, and the realities of being a man in today’s world.

Through a blend of panel discussions, personal stories, and live dialogue, the event will highlight men’s lived experiences, challenges, and contributions, while championing gender harmony, inclusion, and mutual respect.

Event Highlights

  • Keynote Speaker: Kenny Mammarella-D’Cruz, known as “The Man Whisperer” — founder of MenSpeak groups that create safe spaces for men to share their stories, build resilience, and deepen connection. Kenny will share personal insights on vulnerability, purpose, and positive masculinity.
  • Panel Discussions and Talks – exploring themes such as success, navigating change and being a young man.
  • Special Photographic Feature: “A Week in the Life of a Man” — a creative lens on the everyday realities, challenges, and strengths of men today.
  • Networking & Community Connection – meet others interested in the subject from across communities

Why It Matters

If we are to achieve a truly balanced and inclusive society, we must ensure that men’s experiences are understood and valued. This event creates a constructive, human-first space for both men and women to reflect on the realities of manhood today and how we can collectively foster harmony, impact, and legacy in our communities.
