Rooted in the Hatha tradition of balancing body and mind, this multi-level class series connects dynamic movement with breath, deeper holds of postures, as well as conditioning drills to encourage the exploration of a more invigorating yoga practice.

Expect to sweat while cultivating strength, stamina, and stillness, with modifications offered to make the practice your own. Nourishing restorative postures, breathwork, guided meditation, or a well-earned Savasana close out the practice.

While varied level modifications will be offered, this class is best suited for experienced beginners or higher (students with a basic understanding of asana and those without major limitations or injuries).
