About this event

Unwind your nervous system with a gentle craniosacral tune-up. In this community workshop, you’ll learn what CST is, why it helps with tension and stress, and how it regulates the organs and brain activity (ie: racing thoughts, pressure in neck and head).

Purpose (What it is): A gentle, hands-on introduction to craniosacral therapy (CST) focused on the nervous system, fascia, and subtle joint motion of the cranial and sacral regions. Attendees will learn what CST is, how it supports relaxation and regulation, and how to advocate for yourself in a client/practitioner setting.

Who it’s for:

Adults seeking drug-free approaches to stress reduction, tension patterns (head/neck/low back), TMJ-type discomfort, or sleep concerns. No prior experience required.

Learning outcomes (attendees leave with):

  • A plain-language understanding of CST (mechanisms, what to expect, safety).
  • Simple self-regulation techniques (breath + body awareness) to use at home or on the go.
  • Advocate for self in holistic practitioner/client Setting.
  • Mini Meditation and sound bowl retreat.
