🎭Director

Jinyue “Yuna” Hu (she/her) is a Chinese director, actor, and producer with professional experience across the U.S., China, and Korea. She is represented by Grossman & Jack Talent.

Her work has been featured in the Rhinoceros Theater Festival, Chicago's longest-running theater festival, and she has worked with multiple Jeff Award-winning companies. She has appeared in worldwide commercials for Buldak and Walgreens. The short films she has starred in and produced have been selected for top-tier festivals globally.

A proud graduate of the Chicago College of Performing Arts (CCPA), Yuna made her directorial debut with a Mandarin-language production of The Pillowman at the FXK Theater in Chicago. Her recent stage credits include the international premiere of Scandalous Boy (Open Space Arts), The Long Christmas Dinner (TUTA Theatre), First Comes Love (Perceptions Theatre), and the 2019 international tour of Tosca in China.
