My name is Serafi. I’m an actress and theatre teacher from Russia, and a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York.

This experience is designed for anyone who wants to explore new forms of expression, deepen their way of interacting with the world — or simply try something exciting and different ✨

In this class, we’ll reconnect with senses and imagination, release blocks around expression, and rediscover spontaneity, play and presence.

You’ll experience how freeing it feels to be in the moment, imagine, improvise, and tap into your natural sense of aliveness.
