Intentionally Rising: Vision Planning Workshop

This hands-on vision planning workshop is designed to help entrepreneurs step back, zoom out, and intentionally map the year ahead.

Join us in the movie theatre room at COhatch Delaware at 9:30AM.

We’ll start by looking at the entire year as a whole, identifying where you want your business (and life) to be 12 months from now. From there, you’ll break that vision into quarterly focus areas, so big goals feel purposeful and achievable not overwhelming.

Next, you’ll define your Big Hairy Audacious Goals (BHAGs)—the bold, exciting goals that stretch you, energize you, and move your business forward in meaningful ways. Finally, we’ll bring it down to the practical level by sketching out your plan month by month, translating vision into action. You’ll leave with a clear roadmap that connects your big picture vision to the small, consistent steps needed to make it happen.

This workshop is part strategy, part reflection, and fully focused on helping you create momentum so you’re not just busy, but building with intention all year long.
