Join us for this interactive webinar hosted by Lisa Z. Fain, President of the International Mentoring Association, and facilitated by Carol Pelletier Radford, EdD, founder of Mentoring in Action MentoringinAction.com and author of Mentoring in Action: Guiding, Sharing, and Reflecting With Novice Teachers (Corwin). Special guest Meg Roa, Professional Learning Specialist for Recruitment and Retention at Volusia County School District, Florida, will also join the conversation.

This session introduces a practical, research-informed protocol that provides mentors with a clear framework to guide their conversations with mentees. Designed for use monthly—or whenever a mentor meets with a mentee—the protocol helps ensure both participants have a shared understanding of goals, expectations, and next steps. Each of the five steps will be described in detail, with examples of how to apply them in real mentoring relationships. Participants will leave with an easy-to-use, adaptable method for enhancing connection, communication, and growth across any mentoring program or organization.
