Join us for a unique Intentional Creativity Session themed House of the Heart. This is a powerful opportunity to become more conscious and aware of the narratives you've been living, and to creatively vision a new path forward!
Using paper, paint, and a Sharpie, we will blend art and introspection to create a new story and a tangible representation of where you feel a happy, peaceful sense of belonging.
What to Expect
We will create a sacred space and guide you through a profound process that includes:
- Visioning, Journaling, & Painting to bring your inner world to life.
- Music & Movement to fully engage your body and spirit.
- A powerful Red Thread Ceremony, symbolizing connection and your sovereign piece of the whole.
You will leave with a beautiful, painted reminder of your new story and a renewed sense of purpose. We will finish with a quick cleanup and a little celebration!
