Do I need to bring a mat or pillow?

Feel free to bring your own yoga mat or pillow. Custom logo yoga mats and printed pillows will also be avaliable for purchase for $15-$20.

What is the attire, restrictions?

Cozy, comfortable. Wear what you think will relax and center your body. Shoes must be removed in the studio to maintain a clean space.

Will there be others or is this 1:1?

This event is a community class. There will be a group of unique people who will gather to set their intentions and clear their energy. The group is encouraged to dialogue and share life experiences.

Are there restrooms available?

Yes, there is a private restroom available.

I've never made a smudge stick, will there be a lesson?

Yes, Mentor Leah will guide you, one thoughtful step at a time.

What can I expect about guided meditation and restoring my energy?

A guided meditation for clearing energy involves a visualization and breathwork practice designed to release negative or stagnant energy and promote a sense of lightness and clarity. These meditations often involve focusing on your breath, visualizing light entering your body to restore and cleanse.

Will there be food provided?

No, but next door is a wonderful Cuban restaurant called Pambiche. It's delicious. *Water will be provided.

Is there parking?

It's Portland. You have to find parking on the street, but the area is relatively safe. Please don't leave any belongings in your car.

Are cell phones allowed?

Your cell phone can distract you and drain your energy. We ask that you kindly, power them off for the duration of the event.

Is there secure storage for my belongings?

There are cubbys and you're welcome to place your belongings at the back of the studio.

Where will gather?

The space is in an air conditioned yoga studio. There are no chairs or tables. We will sit or lay on the floor.

Is this a religious event?

No. While we embrace people of all faiths and religions, this event transcends religious boundaries. We will celebrate your universal, divinely powerful, and unique energy and life force.

Who is Intuitive Mentor, Leah?
