About this event
- Event lasts 2 hours
This workshop focuses on the practice of intention setting to enhance energetic health and reduce stress in both professional and personal contexts. Participants will be guided through techniques to set clear, mindful intentions that align with their roles as caregivers, mentors, and advocates. By learning how to direct energy toward positive outcomes, service providers can foster resilience, balance, and emotional well-being, which in turn supports the communities they serve.
The session includes guided meditation, breathwork, and visualization exercises that promote relaxation and release accumulated stress. Participants will also explore how intention setting can improve their energetic field and learn tools to incorporate these practices into their daily work, enhancing both their own well-being and their ability to serve others.
