Join SHRM Southern Colorado for a half-day seminar exploring Intelligence at Work, where we will dive deep into the most pressing HR issues and cutting-edge trends shaping our industry today. This isn't your average seminar; it's a strategic exploration of how to harness the power of both human and technological intelligence to transform your workplace.

  • 1:00 - 2:15pm: Session #1 with speaker Jonathan Liebert - AI is rapidly reshaping the world of work, and HR leaders are at the forefront of this transformation. In this session, Jonathan Liebert—Chair of the Colorado Workforce Development Council—will share insights on emerging workforce trends and practical strategies for businesses and leaders to prepare for the future. With a human-centered lens, Jonathan will help HR professionals anticipate change, strengthen culture, and build resilient workplaces in the AI era.
