Integrity Garden Home Care is currently looking to hire experienced CNA's, CMA's, and CPT's effective immediately. We work with patients of all ages and backgrounds who require daily care. Most of our patients are terminally ill, so we are looking for a someone who is compassionate, loyal and reliable.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ months experience working in a health care facility or home care is preferred
  • Must be able to pass a criminal history check and a drug screening
  • Sex Offenders Registry Background Clearance
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of procedures performed by a Certified Nursing Assistant

Required Credentials:

  • CNA certification in the State of Georgia
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • TB/PPD
  • Valid Drivers License/Valid Auto Insurance
  • Dependable transportation to/from work

Certified Medical Assistant Job Duties:

  • Collect, perform, document, and report results of CLIA waived lab tests.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and /or treatments, assisting provider with exams or procedures, setting up exam or procedure rooms, and preparing instruments for sterilization.
  • Coordinate and manage patient care including communicating test results to patient, assist with pre-certifications, referrals, authorizations, prescriptions and scheduling of patients for clinic, hospital and other ancillary medical treatments and tests.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of activities associated with the delivery of quality medical assistant duties and the operation of clinical medical equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from high school or equivalent.
  • Medical Assistant Diploma and/or National Medical Assistant Certification

Phlebotomist Job Duties:

  • Arrange daily activities based on urgency of requests for fluid samples
  • Identify patients and their personal information using their ID, documents or other means
  • Determine the right venipuncture method based on patient age, health etc.
  • Reassure patients and help them relax
  • Find veins that are suitable for puncture
  • Draw blood using sterilized needles, vials and other equipment
  • Ensure optimal quality and quantity of samples
  • Label samples correctly and send or deliver them for testing
  • Answer patient questions and provide useful information
  • Keep accurate records on fluid specimens and testsAdhere to all relevant health and safety standards while working
  • Help with blood transfusions when needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist preferred
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
