Join us for a supportive community gathering designed for those who are curious about, or have experienced, plant medicines, altered states, or other non-ordinary experiences. This integration circle provides a safe, guided space to process experiences, share insights, and explore the lessons your journey may offer.

What is Integration? Integration is the process of making sense of your experiences—connecting what you’ve learned or felt during altered states to your everyday life. It helps to enhance emotional clarity, personal growth, and spiritual insight while grounding these experiences in practical and meaningful ways.

What to Expect:

• A gentle, facilitated group discussion
• Reflection and sharing of experiences (optional)
• Guidance on practical ways to incorporate insights into daily life
• Community building and like-minded support
• Focus on harm reduction and safe practices

How to Prepare:

• Dress comfortably and in layers suitable for the outdoors
• Bring water, a notebook/journal, and a blanket or mat to sit on
• Arrive with an open mind and willingness to listen and share
• Optional: a small offering for the circle or a donation to support ongoing gatherings

This circle is welcoming to all levels of experience. Questions are encouraged, and the focus is on learning, community, and mutual support. Come as you are and connect with others who value curiosity, insight, and mindful exploration.

In the spirit of giving, The Medicine Way is gathering new and unused art materials to support Native American children in need throughout the Phoenix area. This effort is made possible in partnership with the Phoenix Indian Center. Donations such as coloring books, colored pencils, markers, paints, brushes, sketch pads, and so on are deeply appreciated and help spark creativity, joy, and healing through art during the holiday season. Bring them to any Medicine Way event through 12/10/25.
