During the Instructional Coaching Collaboration professional development, you will learn proven strategies and coaching techniques to grow in your instructional coach expertise that are supported by Adult Learning Theory, leverage your coaching during assessment times, and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of your coaching throughout the school year.

Networking Lunch starting at 12:00-12:30 (This will be slightly structured to allow for collaboration among teams and colleagues). Sessions will be help at South Cook.

12:30-12:45 - Spotlight School

12:45-2:00 - Professional Learning for Instructional Coaches/Leaders (Topics below)

2:00-2:30 - Collaboration among other teams - Here we will do focused activities to facilitate collaborative conversations among coaching roles.

2:30-3:00 - South Cook and ISBE Updates
