Inspeeration: Visual Imagery x Creativity

Inspeeration: Visual Imagery x Creativity

By Delft Design Lab: Connected Creativity

Overview

During this event, we will explore how becoming aware of your inner mental processes can unlock new dimensions of creativity.

In collaboration with Tilburg University, TUDelft and the minor Connected Creativity, we are organizing another Inspeeration event on November 6th, (from 14:30 – 19:00).

This event will offer insight into how becoming aware of your inner mental processes can unlock new dimensions of creativity. We will explore how internal experiences, like visual imagery and inner speech, shape our creative thinking and problem-solving and what it means when they are absent, as in conditions like aphantasia or anauralia.

In line with our tradition, we will offer interactive activities that bridge the gap between theory and practice, allowing room for both hands-on experience and deepening of knowledge.

Agenda:

14:30 Walk-in & registration

15:00 Opening (@ Wim Crouwel room)

15:10 Talks & knowledge exchange: Visual Imagery × Creativity

16:10 Break

16:30 Imagery sessions

17:15 CuriosiTea Café

18:00 Networking and borrel

19:00 Closing or: Gateway to the next adventure…
