Inside Out Improv Workshop

We will focus on the emotions of the stories, we will learn to resignify objects by giving them feelings. We will use individual and collective tools to stage what we feel and what the public has transmitted to us. We will see how to be available to honor the story we want to tell. The exercises are based on tools from psychology, therapeutic theatre, Meisner technique and Playback theatre.
