No, We will be using mini rebounders, just enough space for one person and its a stair step height off the floor.

Does trampolines hav assistance bars?

Yes, we will have a few rebounders setup with the bars attached for those who aren't quite ready for free bouncing. ?

Will we jumping high like some of the people on social media?

No, our movements will not require any extreme jumping. ?
