Workshop Summary:

This workshop will bring together educators, providers, and community partners to explore strategies for strengthening the behavioral health workforce. Through keynotes, panels, and breakout sessions, participants will gain practical tools and career-ready approaches focused on innovation, soft skills, integrated healthcare, and workforce pathways.

Workshop Goals:

  1. Highlight Innovation and Career Readiness: Explore innovative training models, soft skills, and provider well-being strategies that prepare professionals to thrive in today’s behavioral health field.
  2. Strengthen Workforce Pathways: Share approaches for advancing skillsets, supporting rural and tribal communities, and creating non-traditional entry points into behavioral health careers.
  3. Foster Collaboration and Practical Solutions: Connect stakeholders through panels and breakout groups to generate ideas, partnerships, and strategies for workforce development across Arizona.
