Jay Nakagawa is a 25+ year veteran product manager, successfully building new product and turn around strategies resulting in high revenue growth. As Director of Competitive Intelligence with Dell Technologies, he and his team have been instrumental in providing critical guidance to product management teams intersecting insights that encompasses how to create differentiated offerings to the market. He was recently inducted into the Council of Competitive Intelligence (CI) Fellows, the leading think tank forging advanced thinking insights on strategy and competition and holds a B.S. from the University of Colorado at Boulder and M.B.A. from Regis University. Jay is also a frequent international speaker on product and competitive strategies.
